The festival will help find accommodation for the festival’s artists/speakers staying in Victoria during the event.
Transport
Festival organizers will facilitate the artists’ transportation to and from the event.
Wellness Table & Gratitude Bundles
A calming space to rest, reflect, and reconnect. Visit the Wellness Table throughout the weekend to create a Gratitude Bundle with Ceanna Wood and Jill Goranson. Available offerings include sacred herbs such as sage, tobacco, cedar, and sweetgrass; smudging bowls with shells; fidget toys; moss and fur; and creative supplies like pencils, markers, crayons, play dough, and colouring sheets, beanie bags to rest on, pamphlets about local land and nature, feminine products, Advil, Tylenol, mints, gum, stress balls, and games including bocce ball, cards, and a crib board. All are welcome to take what they need, slow down, and feel grounded.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be served during the festival.
Family Room
This room (#140) is for families and elders to relax and for children to play and have fun.
Well-being Room
In this room (#141), counselling services are offered to those who may need emotional support after performances and/or workshops.
Free Parking
Free parking is available on Friday, Sept. 12th 5:00 PM onwards & on Saturday, Sept. 13th the whole day
